Spinach Artichoke Chicken
Directions
- 1Grab some plain Greek yogurt, some chopped up artichoke, some cut up spinach, some Dijon mustard and some garlic powder and mix it together.
- 2Slather it over some chicken breast.
- 3Cut up some mozzarella cheese and layer it on top.
- 4Bake it in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
