1In a bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1 cup of buttermilk. Set aside.
2In a small container, mix together 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 tablespoon of dill.
3Add the seasoning mixture to the mayonnaise and buttermilk mixture.
