  1. 1Preheat your oven to 235 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2Crumple aluminum foil and lay it on a baking sheet to prevent direct contact between the broccoli and the pan.
  3. 3Break up about an ounce of broccoli into rice-sized pieces, not shredded.
  4. 4Spread the broken-up broccoli evenly across the aluminum foil on the baking sheet to ensure even decarbing.
  5. 5Place the broccoli in the oven at 235 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes to decarb.
  6. 6After 35 minutes, remove the decarbed broccoli from the oven.
  7. 7In a saucepan, add 1.5 cups of water to prevent the broccoli from burning.
  8. 8Add 1 pound of butter to the saucepan.
  9. 9Add the decarbed broccoli to the saucepan with the water and butter.
  10. 10Place the saucepan on the stove and simmer on low heat for about 3 hours, ensuring it does not boil.
  11. 11Stir the mixture every 15-20 minutes while it simmers, noting that the butter will turn green.
  12. 12Strain the broccoli-infused butter using a straining bag or cheesecloth to remove all broccoli bits.
  13. 13Place the strained butter in the fridge for about 1.5 to 2 hours until it hardens and separates from any water.
  14. 14Once hardened, use a knife to cut a small corner of the butter to allow any separated water to drain out.
  15. 15Melt the hardened butter.
  16. 16Prepare a coffee cup by placing a candle wick in the center. Use a straw and tape to secure the wick upright.
  17. 17Carefully pour the melted broccoli-infused butter into the coffee cup around the secured wick.
  18. 18Place the candle in the fridge for another couple of hours to harden completely.
  19. 19Once the candle is hardened, remove the straw and peel off the cup.
  20. 20Trim the candle wick to the desired length.
  21. 21Allow the candle to sit for a minute before use.
