  1. 1Cut the ends of stem vegetables (asparagus, celery, spring onions).
  2. 2Store them in a container for stock.
  3. 3Fill up a glass with a bit of water and add the stem vegetables.
  4. 4Fill up a bowl with water and a splash of vinegar, wash any berries or grapes and pat them dry with a towel.
  5. 5Add them to a jar and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
  6. 6Add a damp towel to a container and wrap in any herbs you like. Seal and store for up to a month in your fridge.
  7. 7Add root vegetables (carrots, parsnip, radish) to a jar and cover them with water to keep crispy for days.
  8. 8Add a towel to a container, add your leafy greens and cover to keep fresh.
