Homemade tajín seasoning

instagram.com
Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Combine all three ingredients together in a jar.
  2. 2Shake the jar well before each use to break up any clumps, as this recipe does not contain anti-caking agents.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp guajillo powder
  • 1 tsp freeze-dried lime powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Tips

  • The seasoning may clump because it contains no anti-caking agents; just give the jar a good shake before using.
  • You can add uncooked rice to the jar as a natural anti-caking agent.
