Directions

  1. 1Add one cup of water into the Instant Pot liner.
  2. 2Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot.
  3. 3Place a bowl inside the Instant Pot, on the trivet.
  4. 4Pour around 200 ml of milk into the bowl.
  5. 5Close the lid of the Instant Pot.
  6. 6Turn on the steam mode and set it to 0 minutes.
  7. 7Make sure the whistle is in sealing mode.
  8. 8Allow it to naturally pressure release, then open the lid.
  9. 9Let the milk cool for 30 minutes.
  10. 10Add two spoons of yogurt into the warm milk and mix well.
  11. 11Close the lid again.
  12. 12Turn on the yogurt mode and set it for 4 hours.
  13. 13After 4 hours, the yogurt is ready.
  14. 14Open the lid.
