Directions

  1. 1Zest one whole lemon, place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper, and bake at 200°F until dried and crispy, then grind into powder.
  2. 2Combine all ingredients and mix together.
  3. 3Store in an air tight container with a tight fitting lid.

  • 1.5 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp dried lemon zest
