Directions
- 1Add three heaping tablespoons of coconut oil to a jar.
- 2Add two big tablespoons of baking soda.
- 3Add two big tablespoons of bentonite clay.
- 4Mix all the ingredients with a wood spoon. Do not use a metal spoon, as bentonite clay might pull trace metals out of it.
- 5Add the hydrogen peroxide to the mixture.
- 6Add peppermint drops for a minty taste.

- Bentonite clay has a negative charge, so it pulls out metals and other potential toxins from your mouth and gums.
- Dilute any concentrated forms of hydrogen peroxide to around 3%.
