Soil fermentation recipe

Directions

  1. 1Add soil to a basin.
  2. 2Add charcoal husk.
  3. 3Add coconut coir.
  4. 4Add rice husk.
  5. 5Add animal manure.
  6. 6Mix all the ingredients together.
  7. 7Add photosynthetic bacteria, termite bacteria and Trichoderma to the watering can.
  8. 8Water the soil with the mix.
  9. 9Mix the ingredients again.
  10. 10Add water if needed.
  11. 11Check the humidity of the soil with your hand.
  12. 12Put the mix into the sack.
  13. 13Tie the sack and place it in a cool place for a month.

Tips

  • Coconut coir must be soaked in water one night before using.
  • You can use any kind of bacteria to help the fermentation process.
  • Use a sack that is not coated, in order for the air to circulate and the bacteria to grow.
  • The soil needs to be fermented for one month before planting.
