Combine white wine vinegar, water, honey, and salt in a saucepan; heat to dissolve the ingredients, then let cool.

Place washed, stem-removed whole grapes in a jar.

Add a clove of garlic, fresh rosemary sprigs, and whole black peppercorns into the jar with the grapes.

Pour the cooled brine mixture into the jar.

Seal the jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator for at least five days.

Tips
Let the brine mixture cool down before pouring over grapes.
