Pickled Green Grapes

Directions

  1. 1Combine white wine vinegar, water, honey, and salt in a saucepan; heat to dissolve the ingredients, then let cool.
  2. 2Place washed, stem-removed whole grapes in a jar.
  3. 3Add a clove of garlic, fresh rosemary sprigs, and whole black peppercorns into the jar with the grapes.
  4. 4Pour the cooled brine mixture into the jar.
  5. 5Seal the jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator for at least five days.

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp whole black peppercorns

Tips
