Directions
- 1Crush ice cubes into small pieces using a knife.
- 2Heat a frying pan with water in it.
- 3Add crushed ice into the hot water.
- 4Add monosodium glutamate to a plastic bag.
- 5Add the ice-water mix to the bag and seal it.
- 6Mix the bag contents using a stand mixer.
- 7Add water to a recipient and place ice cubes in it.
- 8Melt the ice using a cooking torch.
- 9Pass the mixture throught a strainer and into a saucepan.
- 10Pass the filtered water into a metal shaker and add an ice cube.
- 11Shake vigorously to mix.
- 12Pour the resulting liquid into the large glass bottle.
- 13Serve in wine glasses.
