Add pork chops to a bag for marinating.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, avocado oil, and MSG to the bag and coat the pork chops thoroughly.

Refrigerate the marinated pork chops.

Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, paprika, and MSG in a bowl.

Oil the black stone surface with avocado oil.

Place the marinated pork chops on the medium-heated black stone.

Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

Let the cooked pork chops rest for 5 minutes.

Tips
If you don't want to use MSG in the marinade, use 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper.
