Directions
- 1In a small saucepan, mix together the water, cornstarch, vinegar, and gelatin. Stir well until everything is smooth and clump-free.
- 2Place the pan over low to medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens into a glossy, gooey gel, about 3–5 minutes. Remove it from the heat.
- 3Pour the colored mixtures onto your non-stick surface, spreading them into thin, even layers.
- 4Once dry and slightly flexible, carefully peel each suncatcher off and punch a hole at the top.
- 5Thread string through the hole and hang them in a sunny spot where they'll catch the light beautifully.

Tips
- If you’d like to use multiple colors, divide the warm mixture into several bowls and add your natural dyes. Stir until fully blended.
- Let your creativity shine—use toothpicks to swirl patterns, or gently press in petals or sprinkle on glitter for that extra touch!
- Leave the suncatchers to air dry for 24–48 hours. If they're thicker, you might flip them halfway through drying to help them firm up on both sides.
