Olive Garden Fettuccine Alfredo
Directions
- 1Sauté 3 oz of butter and 1 tbsp of garlic for 1 minute.
- 2Add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 0.5 tsp of salt and 0.5 tsp of pepper.
- 3Add 1 ½ cups of milk and ½ cups of heavy cream.
- 4Add ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and ½ cup of grated Pecorino Romano cheese. Mix well.
- 5Add cooked fettuccine pasta.
- 6Add pasta water if needed. Mix well.
