Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies
Directions
- 1Cream together butter and brown sugar.
- 2Add flour and mix well.
- 3Add eggs.
- 4Fold in diced strawberries.
- 5Add a spoonful of vanilla cheesecake filling into each cookie dough ball.
- 6Bake until golden brown.
