Cookie in a Mug
Directions
- 1Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a mug and melt it in the microwave.
- 2Add 1 tablespoon of white sugar to the melted butter.
- 3Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
- 4Mix the ingredients well.
- 5Add 1 tablespoon of milk.
- 6Add a splash of vanilla extract.
- 7Mix again until combined.
- 8Add 1/4 cup of flour.
- 9Add an additional 2 tablespoons of flour.
- 10Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
- 11Add 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
- 12Mix all ingredients until a dough forms.
- 13Add chocolate chips and mix them into the dough.
- 14Place a few more chocolate chips on top of the dough.
- 15Microwave the mug cookie for 45 seconds.
- 16Check if the cookie is done by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
