French Onion Chicken and Rice Casserole
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- 2Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- 3Cook instant rice.
- 4Combine chicken, soup, French onion dip, 1 cup of cheese, chicken broth, and rice in a large bowl. Mix well.
- 5Spread the mixture into the prepared dish.
- 6Sprinkle with remaining cheese and French fried onions.
- 7Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through.

- 1 cup refrigerated French onion dip
- 0.5 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 0.33 cup cheese
- 0.5 cup French fried onions
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch minced onion
