Crispy Potatoes
Directions
- 1Peel and cube five medium potatoes.
- 2Add potatoes to a ziploc bag.
- 3Add flour, salt, thyme, marjoram, and pepper to the bag.
- 4Shake the bag to coat the potatoes.
- 5Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking sheet and stir in minced garlic.
- 6Add the coated potatoes and one bay leaf to the baking sheet.
- 7Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
- 8Uncover, stir, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- 9Remove bay leaf before serving.
