Sausage Mcgriddle Mini Muffins
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2In frying pan, brown sausage
- 3Once sausage is cooked through, drain and set it aside
- 4In large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, cheese, water & maple syrup. Once combined, add in the cooked ground sausage and mix that in as well.
- 5Spoon mix into muffin tins. Spray pan before so nothing sticks.
- 6Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 mins until golden & cooked through

- 2 cups Pancake mix
- 1 pound Sausage
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 0.25 cup Maple syrup
- 1.5 cups Water
