In a pan, cook 1 lb of ground beef with 2 tbsp of taco seasoning.

Microwave a flour tortilla for 20 seconds.

Spread refried beans on the tortilla, then add the cooked ground beef and cheese blend.

Wrap the burrito tightly in parchment paper.

Freeze for up to 1 month.

Microwave the burrito, wrapped in a damp paper towel, for 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway.

Cook 1 tbsp coconut oil in a pan, add 1 pound of turkey sausage, and cook until browned.

Add 15 oz cannellini beans, 15 oz diced tomatoes, salt, pepper and thyme.
