Ranch Pesto Potato Salad
Directions
- 1Combine spinach, parsley, dill, and chives in a food processor.
- 2Grate parmesan cheese.
- 3Add grated parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil to the food processor.
- 4Pulse until well combined.
- 5Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 6Pulse again to combine.
- 7Cut cooked potatoes into halves or quarters.
- 8Mix the pesto with the potatoes.

- 1 lemon
