Coconut Chickpea Curry
Directions
- 1Finely chop the red onions.
- 2Add diced tomatoes and onions to a frying pan.
- 3Add chickpeas to the pan.
- 4Add garlic, garam masala, turmeric, and ginger to the pan.
- 5Mix all ingredients well.
- 6Add coconut milk.
- 7Mix well and cook until creamy.
- 8Add spinach and mix until wilted.
- 9Add lime juice.
