Slow Cooker Chicken Korma
Directions
- 1Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix together.
- 2Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
- 330 minutes before serving, add the cornflour mixture.
- 4Ten minutes before serving, add the natural yoghurt.
- 5Garnish with flaked almonds, chopped fresh coriander, and sultanas.
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken thighs
- 1 large, chopped onions
- 1 tbsp, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp, minced ginger
- 3 tbsp korma paste
- 400 ml full fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 50 ml chicken stock cube
- 1 tbsp, mixed with 2 tbsp water cornflour
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 0 flaked almonds
- 0 fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp sultanas
