Directions

  1. 1Hydrate 20g of gelatine with 60ml of water.
  2. 2Simmer 500ml of water in a glass pot over a gas stove.
  3. 3Add 5g of pectin, 5ml of glycerin and food coloring to the simmering water.
  4. 4Pour the mix into a silicone mould and let it dry for three days at room temperature.
  5. 5Unmold the bioplastic sheet.
  6. 6Cut and fold the sheet to assemble the bag using a heat sealer.
  7. 7Trim excess plastic.
