Hydrate 20g of gelatine with 60ml of water.

Simmer 500ml of water in a glass pot over a gas stove.

Add 5g of pectin, 5ml of glycerin and food coloring to the simmering water.

Pour the mix into a silicone mould and let it dry for three days at room temperature.

Unmold the bioplastic sheet.

Cut and fold the sheet to assemble the bag using a heat sealer.

Trim excess plastic.
