Banana Pudding Cheesecake
Directions
- 1Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a food processor.
- 2Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8 inch springform pan.
- 3Slice bananas and sprinkle them with sugar.
- 4Bake bananas until softened.
- 5Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- 6Add vanilla pudding and eggs.
- 7Pour batter over the crust.
- 8Bake until set.
- 9Layer baked bananas over the cheesecake.
- 10Spread vanilla pudding over the bananas.
- 11Top with whipped cream and crushed vanilla wafers.
