Directions

  1. 1Cut the cauliflower in halves to remove the inner core
  2. 2Cut the cauliflower again in halves
  3. 3Separate all florets from the core
  4. 4Turn these florets into rice with a blender
  5. 5Grate half of the cauliflower into rice, in this case 200g
  6. 6Weigh 50g of rice
  7. 7Combine 50g of rice with 100g cauliflower into a pot
  8. 8Add 100g of water and a pinch of salt
  9. 9Let simmer for 12 to 15 minutes
  10. 10Add 100g of water, cauliflower and a pinch of salt
  11. 11Cook the cauliflower for 10 minutes
  12. 12Add 50g oats
  13. 13Add a bit of water if you don't like the consistency
  14. 14Add 13g powdered peanuts, 10g peanut butter, 30g vanilla whey protein
  15. 15Let simmer for another 30 seconds
  16. 16Cut only the florets from the cauliflower without turning them into rice
  17. 17Peel the potatoes
  18. 18Cut them into smaller pieces
  19. 19Add everything in a pot with salt and water
  20. 20Let simmer for around 20 minutes until everything is soft
  21. 21Fry garlic and chopped yellow onion
  22. 22Rinse the potatoes and the cauliflower
  23. 23Blend everything in a food processor for 30 to 60 seconds

  • Use a blender in pulse mode and stop before they turn into a paste, or a micrograter
