Directions
- 1In a mason jar, mix 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of marshmallow root and let it soak for about an hour.
- 2Strain the mixture to separate the liquid from the solid.
- 3Add 1 tablespoon of aloe vera and 10 drops of rosemary essential oil to the strained liquid.
- 4Mix well using a hand mixer.
- 5Pour the mixture into a spray bottle.
