Tiramisu Cookie
Directions
- 1Cream together butter and sugars.
- 2Add rum, espresso grounds, and mascarpone.
- 3Whisk together dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt).
- 4Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, then mix in chocolate.
- 5Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- 6Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
