Chicken Pesto Orzo
Directions
- 1Grab a glass bowl, add orzo, red onion, chicken, salt, pepper, pesto, natural yoghurt, chopped spinach, chicken stock, mix it up.
- 2Throw it in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.

- 1 red onion
- 1 cup chicken
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
