Directions

  1. 1Stew veal and shank with vegetables.
  2. 2Prepare hogao with onion, tomato, spring onion, garlic, and cumin.
  3. 3Shred meat and mix with hogao and mashed creole potato.
  4. 4Mix corn flour with water to make dough, optionally adding saffron.
  5. 5Fill and shape using a bowl, then fry at 180 degrees.
