Herbal Ibuprofen

Directions
- 1Add the dandelion root, rosemary, vinegar, and vodka (if using) into a glass jar.
- 2Seal it tight, shake well, and store in a cool dark cupboard for up to 4 weeks, shaking it every so often.
- 3Strain out the plant material and pour into a dark amber bottle for storage.

- 1/4 cup dandelion root
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp 95-proof vodka (optional)
