1
Add 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin into a glass container.
2
Add 4 tablespoons of cold water to the gelatin to bloom it.
3
Mix the gelatin and water well and set it aside for 5 minutes.
4
After 5 minutes, melt the gelatin. Be careful not to burn it.
5
Add food coloring, preferably gel food coloring, and mix thoroughly.

7
Quickly spread the mixture thinly onto a silicone mat.
8
Set it aside for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to dry.
9
Once completely set, flip it around so the bottom can dry (optional).

Tips
Try to stick to gel food coloring because oil-based can create specks.
The thinner you spread it, the more shiny it will be.
Store properly for 6 months to a year.
Make sure to blend it very well if you want your glitter to be super fine.
It's very pretty and 100% food safe.
You can make any color you want
