- 1Set your scale to grams.
- 2Place a jar on the scale and hit the tare or zero button to set the scale to zero.
- 3Add 15 grams of calcium citrate to the jar.
- 4Zero out the scale again.
- 5Add 20 grams of magnesium citrate to the jar, ensuring it is magnesium citrate.
- 6Zero out the scale again.
- 7Add 25 grams of potassium chloride to the jar.
- 8Zero out the scale again.
- 9Add 30 grams of sea salt to the jar.
- 10Zero out the scale again.
- 11Add 250 grams of sugar to the jar.
- 12Close the jar and shake it upside down very well to ensure all ingredients on the bottom are mixed in.
- 13To prepare a serving, take one serving of the homemade mix and one Sunkist peach packet (or similar sugar-free flavor packet), add it to water, and shake.
