BREATHE EASY Shower Melts
Directions
- 1Mix baking soda and Epsom salt in a glass bowl.
- 2Slowly drizzle in water while stirring.
- 3Add tiny amounts of additional water until the mixture feels like wet sand and holds its shape.
- 4Mix in essential oils.
- 5Press into silicone molds and pack tightly.
- 6Allow to dry completely, about 24-48 hours, before removing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup baking soda
- 0.5 cup Epsom salt
- 10 drops Eucalyptus Radiata essential oil
- 8 drops Peppermint essential oil
- 5 drops Orange essential oil
- 3 tsp water

Tips
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
- To use: Place one on the shower floor away from direct water spray and breathe deeply while it slowly melts.
