Freezing Soaked Beans

Directions

  1. 1Soak beans overnight in water.
  2. 2Wash and drain all the soaked beans using a colander.
  3. 3Spread the drained beans on a clean towel and pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
  4. 4Separate one cup of beans to be used immediately (today or tomorrow) and place it in the fridge.
  5. 5Place the remaining dried beans into gallon freezer bags for freezing.
  6. 6Seal the freezer bags, ensuring as much air as possible is removed, and store them in the freezer.
