Directions
- 1Juice the oranges.
- 2Combine dry ingredients.
- 3Prepare an ice bath.
- 4Add water to the pot.
- 5Whisk dry ingredients into water to disperse.
- 6Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 7Turn off heat and add orange juice, stirring constantly.
- 8Cool quickly to preserve fresh flavor.
- 9Break up the gel.
- 10Transfer gel into a blender.
- 11Blend on medium until smooth.
- 12Strain the gel (optional).
- 13Remove air from the gel with a vacuum chamber (optional).
