Directions

  1. 1Wash rice.
  2. 2Collect the water used to wash the rice.
  3. 3Let the rice wash water sit for a couple of days.
  4. 4Add milk to the mixture.
  5. 5Let the milk and rice water mixture sit for a couple more days.
  6. 6Scoop off the stuff that floats to the top.
  7. 7Add the liquid to livestock water.

  • Lactobacillus is very aggressive and should outcompete everything in the water.
  • It changes the pH in the water, which prevents mosquitoes from laying eggs or having larvae.
