Directions
- 1Wash rice.
- 2Collect the water used to wash the rice.
- 3Let the rice wash water sit for a couple of days.
- 4Add milk to the mixture.
- 5Let the milk and rice water mixture sit for a couple more days.
- 6Scoop off the stuff that floats to the top.
- 7Add the liquid to livestock water.
