Directions
- 1Put one tablespoon of starch in a pan.
- 2Add one cup of hot water to the pan.
- 3Whisk until clear and slightly thicker.
- 4Let it cool.
- 5Apply to your wallpaper, smoothing out any lumps or bumps.
- 6Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. It will only last for 30 days.
