Directions

  1. 1Fill the bottom part of your moka pot with water up to the little screw on the inside.
  2. 2Fill the top compartment with dark roast coffee, gently press down, and close it up, making sure to seal it tightly.
  3. 3Place it on the stove on a medium high heat.
  4. 4In a separate cup, pour in your sugar and the first few drops of the coffee.
  5. 5Remove from the heat while you adjust with more coffee a little at a time until your “espumita” is creamy and gently glides off the spoon.
  6. 6Roast the rest of the coffee and pour over the “espumita” while gently mixing.
  7. 7Serve in tiny coffee mugs.

  • 3 spoonful white sugar
