Directions

  1. 1Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2Add beer to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  3. 3Slice onion into rings.
  4. 4Lightly flour the onion rings to remove excess moisture.
  5. 5Dip onion rings into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. 6Top with seasoning salt and parsley.

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 whole onion
  • oil, hot (optional)
  • to taste lawry's seasoning salt (optional)
  • to taste parsley (optional)
