1Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes, flipping occasionally. Set aside.
3In another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add finely chopped garlic and saute until golden brown.
4Add 1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup tomato ketchup and 1 tsp soy sauce to the pan and mix well.
5Add the cooked chicken to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken well.
