KFC Mac & Cheese Bowl
Directions
- 1Add chopped chicken to a large mixing bowl with olive oil and seasonings, then mix to coat.
- 2Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until cooked through and nicely browned.
- 3Remove the cooked chicken from heat and set aside.
- 4Prepare the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- 5Add the drained pasta to the pot with the cheese packets and milk, then mix well.
- 6Stir in shredded cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.
- 7Divide the mac and cheese into meal containers, and top with the cooked chicken.
