Directions
- 1Cut the puff pastry into even squares, working with one at a time.
- 2Make a cut starting at the bottom, going right up to the middle of the puff pastry square.
- 3Spread a little cranberry relish on one quadrant of the puff pastry.
- 4Add some cheese to the adjacent quadrant.
- 5Add your sausage to the quadrant opposite the cheese.
- 6Fold the empty quadrant over the cranberry relish.
- 7Fold that over the cheese.
- 8Fold that over the sausage.
- 9Pop the folded puff pastry onto a baking sheet.
- 10Brush with egg wash.
- 11Pop in the oven and bake until golden brown.
