Honey Glazed Carrots

Directions
- 1Peel your carrots.
- 2Place the carrots in a baking tray.
- 3In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, melted butter, garlic puree, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and honey.
- 4Add a drizzle of olive oil and stir until you’ve got a glossy glaze.
- 5Pour the glaze over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
- 6Roast the carrots until tender, golden, and caramelised, flipping halfway for that perfect glaze.
- 7Serve the carrots on a plate.
- 8Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra drizzle of honey.
