In a hot skillet, add 2 lbs of ground beef and make sure you brown it. Drain all excess grease.
Add it back to your pan and add 2 packs of taco mix. Add about a 1/4 cup to a 1/2 cup of water, season to your liking and add about a tablespoon of Adobe.
Add a handful of Mexican cheese or Triple cheddar blend cheese and mix it well. Set aside.
Grab a muffin pan and spray it with avocado oil. Place wonton wrappers inside, press firmly.
Add 2 tablespoons of ground beef taco mixture to each wrapper and top it off with some cheese. Repeat the process until all the cups are filled. Add another wonton wrapper on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 17-18 minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings (diced tomatoes, sour cream, and mild taco sauce).
