Salted Caramel Popcorn
Directions
- 1Start off with just a touch of oil in the pot.
- 2Add popcorn kernels.
- 3Cover with lid and shake the pan occasionally until popping stops.
- 4Pour popcorn into a bowl.
- 5In a pot, add sugar, salt and don't stir.
- 6Once it turns to a dark caramel color, stir in the butter.
- 7Add bicarbonate of soda and mix well.
- 8Pour popcorn into caramel and mix well to coat.
- 9Lay popcorn on a baking tray to cool.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 stick butter
- 0.5 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
