1Slice your steaks into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika and olive oil. Mix till the color changes.
2Cook steak bites for 2 minutes each side on medium-high heat until golden and juicy.
3Lower the heat, add more butter, fresh garlic and parmesan. Mix till well coated, then set the beef aside.
4Add chopped garlic and onion, cook for 5 minutes.
5Add extra seasoning (salt, pepper, Italian herbs, parsley, paprika), give it a mix.
6Add evaporated milk, light cream cheese, parmesan and pasta water. Stir until smooth and let it bubble.
7Add your cooked pasta and mix well.
8Serve with your delicious steak bites.
