Same Day Focaccia
Directions
- 1Mix the flour, yeast, salt, water, and olive oil in a bowl.
- 2Rest the dough, then give it a set of stretch and folds.
- 3Repeat the stretch and folds three more times for good measure.
- 4Pop the dough into a greased pan.
- 5Let it lounge and stretch it out.
- 6Give the dough a little olive oil massage and spa treatment.
- 7Dress it up with toppings as desired, like rosemary and flaky salt.
- 8Bake it until golden and bubbly.
- 9Remove the focaccia from the oven.
