1For mayo, add one whole egg, half a lemon juiced, one teaspoon of Dijon mustard, half a teaspoon of salt to a large mason jar.

4Add equal parts of buttermilk and sour cream on top of the mayo.
5Add juice from one whole lemon, one tablespoon of fresh parsley (or two teaspoons of dried), one tablespoon of fresh chives (or two teaspoons of dried), one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of black pepper, 1.5 teaspoons of dried dill, 1.5 teaspoons of garlic powder, and 1.5 teaspoons of onion powder.
6Stir by hand, shake, or use an immersion blender to mix everything together.
