Add four large eggs into your mixing bowl.

Add two cups of sugar to the mixing bowl.

Mix the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, which will take about five to seven minutes.

Add vanilla bean seeds or vanilla extract to the mixture.

Sift in three-quarters of a cup of cocoa powder.

Pour the brownie batter into a thoroughly greased 7x11 inch glass baking pan, placed inside a larger aluminum pan.

Pour very hot tap water into the outside aluminum pan until it comes halfway up the inside pan with the batter.

Bake in a 325-degree Fahrenheit oven for one hour.

Let the brownie pudding cool for a while before serving.
